What is HopeTogether?

HopeTogether is something I run on my own to plan and carry out food distribution locally in India.

I buy the ingredients, cook the meals (and sometimes work with a nearby cloud kitchen when volume increases), pack the food, and distribute it myself.

No NGO. No middlemen. No overhead — just direct impact.

Why I Started HopeTogether

In my hometown, I regularly see individuals who rely on irregular meals and food handouts, which made me want to take personal responsibility and act locally.

HopeTogether started as a simple decision — to take responsibility and help directly, without waiting for an organization or funding structure.

All the photos and videos on this website are recorded exactly as they happened.

What you see here is what actually happens on the ground — real food, real people, real days.

HopeTogether is my effort to make an honest difference, and working with me allows this effort to run more consistently.

What I Serve

I prepare and serve simple, wholesome Indian meals that anyone can enjoy as a proper one-time meal. Most days, it's basic home-cooked dishes made with care, just like I would cook for my own family.

Puri Sabji
Rajma Chawal
Chole Chawal
Veg Biryani
Paneer Sabji
Roti & Dal Makhani

On some days, when the budget allows, I also include chicken.

Meals are prepared with care, focusing on nutrition and satisfaction.

My Plan Ahead

1

Current Scale

I cook food at home, and sometimes request a local cloud kitchen to prepare meals. Currently serving 100-120 people every week.

2

Next Goal

Set up a small cloud-kitchen-style space in Varanasi. A simple setup where food can be prepared safely in larger quantities.

3

Future Vision

Reach 500-600 people weekly, and eventually 800-1000 people as support grows. Just honest work.

How the Money Is Used

Funds received are used solely to offset personal expenses related to food ingredients, preparation, packaging, and local handling.

1

Food Ingredients

I buy vegetables, rice, pulses, oil, spices — all from local markets. Sometimes, if the budget allows, I also include chicken.

2

Cooking

Most of the time, food is cooked at home. When I need to serve more people, I take help from a nearby cloud kitchen and cover the cooking cost.

3

Packaging

Food is packed in simple, clean boxes so it's easy and safe to distribute.

4

Serving

I distribute the food myself. There is no delivery service or middle person.

5

Proof

Photos and videos you see on this website are from real days of cooking and serving.

There is no formal organization structure.

Support is used for food-related and basic operational needs required to prepare and serve meals.

Why This Is Not an NGO

HopeTogether is not an NGO or a registered charity.

It's a personal effort designed to stay simple, direct, and transparent.
There is no office, no staff, and no intermediaries — just food being prepared and shared.
This keeps the work simple and direct, with minimal overhead.

About Me

I started HopeTogether as a personal initiative to organize and carry out food distribution on my own. There is no team or organization behind it — I plan, prepare, and distribute meals independently.

I run HopeTogether hands-on and manage everything end to end — from planning meals to distribution.

Alongside this, I use my tech background to connect with IT professionals around the world who want to support real, on-ground impact.

What keeps this work going is consistency — preparing meals regularly and showing up on the ground each week to carry out the work responsibly.

I decided to start on my own to keep things simple and direct. Now, I'm using my tech skills to connect with fellow IT professionals around the world who want to actually make a difference.
